Drive Fit Sdn Bhd is committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable supply. If any issue is found with the product received, we will offer a reasonable refund or replacement solution, subject to the terms below.
Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:
Product defect (quality issue)
Wrong item received
Delivery discrepancies
Handling Method (Based on Product Specification)
1. For 30-meter rolls:
Remaining 25 meters and above: Eligible for full roll return
Remaining less than 25 meters: Compensation based on remaining meters
Remaining less than 10 meters: Discount will be provided
2. For 60-meter rolls:
Remaining more than 10 meters: Compensation based on remaining meters
Remaining 10 meters or below: Discount will be provided
Return & Refund Conditions
Customers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery
Product must be unused, in original condition, and not damaged
Valid proof (photo or video) must be provided
All cases are subject to company review and approval
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product has been used and found to have no quality issue after inspection
Damage caused by human factors, improper handling, or installation
Issues not related to product quality
Requests made after 7 days from delivery
Product is returned in damaged or altered condition
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement
